As an owner/operator of a small business, I accept cancellations or appointment changes prior and up to 48 Hours before the scheduled appointment time.

You will receive an email at the time of booking plus an email reminder 4 days prior, with all services included. A text reminder will also be sent 2 days prior to your appointment.

 
Any cancellation that fall within the 48h time period will be charged 50% of the total service cost (non-redeemable).

Any rescheduled appointments that fall within the 48h time period will be required to put a 50% deposit that will be held and be redeemable within the next service. 

COVID CANCELLATIONS

I completely understand that were still navigation a new normal in a world living with COVID-19, and you may fall sick with the 48h Cancellation window. 

Therefore, any cancellation feeds will be waived as long as you can provide proof of your positive RAT or PCR tests. This is simply to save my business from any "dishonest" cancellations and loss of earnings. I appreciate your understanding.
